Single Stranded Wires

Stranded wires are fine-wire, flexible conductors primarily used in applications where mobility and flexibility are essential. Due to their fine wire structure, they offer greater flexibility compared to solid conductors, making them ideal for dynamic applications in which cables are frequently moved.

  • ● FLRY-A, FLRY-B, FLY, FLR, LiYY, LiYCY, H05V-K, H07V-K and special stranded wires
    ● Cross-sections 0.13 / 0.22 / 0.35 / 0.50 / 0.75 / 1.0 / 1.5 / 2.5 / 4.0 / 6.0 mm²
    ● With wire-end ferrule (tinned, insulated) or crimp contact
    ● Twisted, tinned or fitted with heat-shrink tubing
    ● Lengths from a few millimetres up to several metres, tolerance in the tenth-of-a-millimetre range

  • ● Crimp force monitoring on every crimp – including on toggle presses for special and small batches
    ● Cut length with tolerance ± 2 mm
    ● Electrical final inspection: continuity, short circuit, contact placement
    ● Visual final inspection in comparison with the drawing
    ● Marking with wrap-around labels or heat-shrink labels
